A Puppy Yoga class is a fun and relaxing 60-minute experience designed to combine gentle movement and puppy interaction.
Each session typically includes:
30 minutes of beginner-friendly yoga, guided by a certified instructor
30 minutes of puppy playtime, where guests can cuddle, interact with, and take photos with the puppies
Our priority is always the wellbeing of the puppies, so their participation may vary depending on their energy levels. If the puppies are feeling playful, they may join earlier or stay longer during the session.
This format ensures a balanced experience that’s both relaxing for guests and comfortable for the puppies.
How long is the class?
Each Puppy Yoga experience lasts 60 minutes.
What happens if I can’t attend my class?
Because spots are limited and reserved in advance, tickets are non-refundable. However, tickets may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before your event.
Yes! Many puppies participating in our sessions are adoptable. While Puppy Yoga USA does not manage the adoption process directly, our team can share contact information for our partners after the session.
Are the puppies treated ethically?
Yes, the puppies’ wellbeing is our top priority. Sessions are designed to support positive socialization in a safe and supervised environment. Puppies are carefully monitored, given breaks when needed, and never forced to participate.
How many puppies will be in the class?
Most sessions include 4-9 puppies. The exact number can vary depending on the litter size and the puppies available that week. We always aim to create a fun and comfortable environment for both guests and puppies.
Can I reschedule my ticket?
Yes, tickets may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before your event.
No need to bring a yoga mat, we will supply them for you during the class. All you need to bring is yourself, clothes that are easy to move in and a water bottle if you want one! 🐶
I cannot find my ticket email. Can you resend it?
If you are having trouble finding the email containing your tickets, please let us know, and we'll resend it to you. Make sure to check all inboxes associated with your email address that you believe was used for the original purchase.
How do we book for a large group, like a birthday celebration?
We welcome group bookings for special occasions like birthday celebrations! Our class size is about 28, and for convenient booking of groups between 8-10 people, we recommend using our website.

Can I receive a discount for booking multiple tickets or for being part of a special group?
We value all of our guests and appreciate the interest in our puppy yoga sessions. However, at this time, we are unable to offer group discounts or special pricing for specific professions or celebrations. We aim to provide the best possible experience at a fair price for everyone.
How do our puppies benefit from Puppy Yoga?
The friendliest dogs are raised in families with lots of social interactions. The socialisation of the puppy is greatly aided by our classes. What better way to introduce puppies to the world than with their first experience in a new environment? Each dog leaves our sessions with a newfound sense of confidence, love, and zen!
Can I bring my own puppy?
Unfortunately, you can’t bring your own pets, as the puppies cannot socialise with other dogs until they are fully vaccinated!
Can pregnant women participate?
Our classes are all flow yoga, which is a style of yoga that is generally considered safe for pregnant women. However, like with all new exercises during pregnancy, it's recommended that you get the go-ahead from your health care professional before joining a class🤍
How many people attend each class?
Each class has a maximum of 29 participants to ensure everyone has enough space and meaningful interaction with the puppies. On average, most classes have between 20 and 25 guests.
Can children attend this class?
We are happy to welcome children aged 6 and above, as long as they are accompanied by an adult aged 21 or older to sign the waiver form.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Unfortunately we aren't able to offer refunds at this time. However, if you booked the wrong date we are happy to exchange your tickets or issue a store credit for the ticket amount, as long as you give us a minimum of 48 hours notice.
