Getting Ready for Puppy Class:You’re welcome join us up to 10 minutes early to get settled.

Returns & Transfers

Given the pop-up nature of our events, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. You may reschedule to any available date with at least 48 hours’ notice.Also, we are happy to provide store credit or help you reschedule. You may transfer your ticket to another person by emailing us at info.puppyyogausa@gmail.com.

Puppy breeds may be announced in advance on our website and are usually shared 4–5 days before each session on our Instagram Stories (@puppyyoga.usa).

Please note that breeds are not guaranteed and may change at the last minute due to availability or other reasons.

Adorable Puppy
No, you can't bring your own dog. The puppies for our sessions come from our breeder and rescue partners.
No need to bring a yoga mat, we will supply them for you during the class. All you need to bring is yourself, clothes that are easy to move in and a water bottle if you want one!
Classes are open to children aged 6 and up, but they must be accompanied by an adult who also has a ticket.
Our Chicago puppy yoga classes are held at our Old Town Studio — 1415 N Dayton St, 3rd floor, Chicago, IL 60642. It's a bright, spacious venue right in the heart of Old Town, easy to reach from anywhere in the city.
Absolutely. Our puppy yoga Chicago classes are designed for all levels — no yoga experience required. Just show up, breathe, and let the puppies do the rest.

We start with a fun and gentle yoga class that’s perfect for all levels — even if you’ve never done yoga before!
Puppies might wander around while you move through relaxing poses, adding smiles and surprise cuddles along the way.

30 min of Puppy Playtime, Photos & Cuddles

After yoga, it’s all about the puppies! You’ll have plenty of time to snuggle, play, take the cutest photos, and just enjoy being surrounded by pure puppy joy.
This part is laid-back and social — feel free to sit on the floor, hold a pup, or let them climb into your lap.
