We are known to host the most elevated puppy-yoga events in America, so you can trust your group is in good hands. Puppy Yoga is an unforgettable wellness event that includes 30 minutes of yoga and 30 minutes of cuddles and pictures - all with a litter of adorable puppies. Soak up all the mood boosting benefits of puppy therapy solo, with friends, family, or even a date - everyone deserves puppy love.

Chicago Fulton Market Studio - this yoga studio is located in the heart of West Town. Get ready to capture your perfect Insta-moment with this stunning natural light studio.

Getting Ready for Puppy Class:You’re welcome join us up to 10 minutes early to get settled.

The class is Family - Friendly. Children aged 6 to 14 can join our classes if they are accompanied by an adult (21+)

Free parking is available in the lot directly in front of the building.

The class is Family-Friendly. Children aged 6 to 14 can join our classes if they are accompanied by an adult (21+).

Given the pop-up nature of our events, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. You may reschedule to any available date with at least 48 hours' notice. We're also happy to provide store credit or help you reschedule. You may transfer your ticket to another person by emailing us at help@puppyyogaus.com.

Puppy breeds may be announced in advance on our website and are usually shared 4–5 days before each session on our Instagram Stories (@puppyyoga.usa).

Frequently asked questions

No, you can't bring your own dog. The puppies for our sessions come from our breeder and rescue partners.

We partner with local breeders and rescues to put on our puppy yoga and puppy social events. After each event, the puppies will return to their breeders' and rescues' nurturing environments, where they continue to thrive and receive the care they deserve.

No, you don’t need to bring a mat — we provide everything for the class. You’re welcome to bring a water bottle if you’d like.

Children aged 6–14 are welcome, but they must be accompanied by an adult (21+) who also has a ticket.

Puppy Yoga helps reduce stress, improve mood, and create a sense of relaxation through gentle movement and interaction with puppies. Many participants leave feeling calmer, happier, and more connected.
