Frequently asked questions
No, you can’t bring your own dog. The puppies for our sessions come from our breeder and rescue partners.
We partner with local breeders and rescues to put on our puppy yoga and puppy social events. After each event, the puppies will return to their breeders' and rescues' nurturing environments, where they continue to thrive and receive the care they deserve.
No, you don’t need to bring a mat — we provide everything for the class. You’re welcome to bring a water bottle if you’d like.
Children aged 6–14 are welcome, but they must be accompanied by an adult (21+) who also has a ticket.
Puppy Yoga helps reduce stress, improve mood, and create a sense of relaxation through gentle movement and interaction with puppies. Many participants leave feeling calmer, happier, and more connected.

What is Puppy Yoga?

30 minWe start with a fun and gentle yoga class that’s perfect for all levels — even if you’ve never done yoga before! Puppies might wander around while you move through relaxing poses, adding smiles and surprise cuddles along the way.
Puppy Playtime, Photos & Cuddles
30 minAfter yoga, it’s all about the puppies! You’ll have plenty of time to snuggle, play, take the cutest photos, and just enjoy being surrounded by pure puppy joy. This part is laid-back and social — feel free to sit on the floor, hold a pup, or let them climb into your lap.

Whether you come to stretch, smile, or just soak up the good vibes — puppy yoga is all about fun, connection, and feel-good energy.
I brought my older kids here to the midtown location and we had a blast! The corgi puppies were so cute

My girlfriend convinced me to try Puppy Yoga, and I'm glad she did! I wasn't sure what to expect, but it turned out to be a really fun experience. The puppies were adorable, the atmosphere was relaxed, and it was a great way to spend time together. Definitely worth it!
